Fall has arrived and is in full swing. Everyone is out raking leaves, cleaning up the vegetable garden, putting garden furniture and outdoor equipment away. Fall is the perfect time to winterize your home before winter arrives. Just like draining the sprinklers and garden hoses, caulking windows and doors, and checking the furnace in preparation for winter, our bodies also require special maintenance this time of year too!
