Why Add Cran Water to Your Daily Routine?

Why add cran water to your daily routine?
Because of the multiple health benefits it offers!!!

Cran water may be just the thing you need, according to Ann Louise Gittleman, Ph.D., C.N.S., to support a healthy lymphatic system amongst a host other benefits like elimination, balancing hormones, strengthening connective tissue, reducing cellulite and liver health.

I first learned about the benefits of “cran water”, not to be confused with the sweet, sugar laden cran juices on grocery store shelves, from Ann Louise Gittleman, Ph.D., C.N.S. She has been decades ahead of the pack when it comes to nutrition. Before there was low-carb, paleo, keto and all the other diet fads out there, there was the wisdom of Ann Louise Gittleman, truly “The First Lady of Nutrition”. I have followed her and her work for decades and have learned an incredible amount of information from her.

I was doing some research recently and was reminded of all the health benefits of drinking cran water on a daily basis. Then I remembered… I used to drink cran water all the time! Why did I stop??? How did I get off track??? Ugghh… I hate when I do that, don’t you? But you know what, it’s never too late to jump back onboard, so, I’ve committed to drinking 64 ounces of cran water on a daily basis again.

I wanted to be sure to share this information with you too, after all, living the Young Living lifestyle is about more than just essential oils. It’s about living a healthy lifestyle and learning as much as we can about how to do that and putting that knowledge into action.

Right about now you might be asking yourself… “So… What’s the big deal about cranberries and “cran water”?”

Well, according to Ann Louise Gittleman…

“Cran water is “a mixture of antioxidant/polyphenol-rich cranberry juice and water that keeps the liver’s detox pathways moving right along.”

“Cranberry juice is packed with flavonoids, enzymes, and organic acids, such as malic acid, citric acid, and quinic acid which have an emulsifying effect on stubborn fat deposits in the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system – what I like to call the body’s “garbage collector”—transports all kinds of waste products not processed by the liver. With the help of these organic acid components, cranberry juice digests stagnated lymphatic wastes. This explains why so many Fat Flushers report that their cellulite disappears!”

“Among the most potent elements in cranberries are polyphenols, a kind of plant-based antioxidant that has powerful health-inducing effects. Laboratories have shown that 8 ounces of cranberry juice contain 567 milligrams of polyphenols—compared to .53 milligrams in apple juice and 400 milligrams in red wine. Just 2 ounces of fresh cranberries contain 373 milligrams of polyphenols, more than much larger servings of oranges, broccoli, blueberries, or strawberries.”

“Cranberry juice may help raise high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or the “good” cholesterol, according to research presented at the American Chemical Society’s annual meeting in April 2004. A study was conducted suggesting that drinking three glasses of cranberry juice a day might reduce heart disease by 40 percent!”

I suggest you consider adding this power-packed beverage to your daily routine and begin reaping all the benefits it offers. Want to learn more? Do an online search for… “health benefits of cranberries”
