Jasmine… Queen of the Night

Jasmine** (Jasminum officinale) is known in India as “queen of the night” and “moonlight of the grove”. For centuries women around the world have treasured it for it’s beautiful fragrance. It possesses a warm, exotic, floral and seductive fragrance that relaxes, soothes, uplifts, and enhances self-confidence. Jasmine is beneficial for the skin, and a favorite for dry, aging and mature skin. It has been used throughout history for romance and attraction and for balancing the feminine energy of the body. **Jasmine is an absolute or essence, rather than a true essential oil. NOTE: One pound of Jasmine oil requires about 1,000 pounds of jasmine or 3.6 million fresh, unpacked blossoms. We take great care when producing this magnificient oil. The blossoms must be collected before sunrise, or much of the fragrance will have evaporated. The quality of the blossoms may also be compromised if they are crushed. A single pound … Continue reading

The Power of FORGIVENESS

“Before you embark on a journey of revenge, dig two graves.”- Confucious Forgiveness is an act of the will and is very liberating whether we’re forgiving another who we perceive has wronged us or choosing to forgive ourselves. It’s not about excusing the behavior or the act but it is about transformation and choosing to no longer live in a negative, lower frequency or spiritual state, one full of anger and condemnation or self-incrimination, seeking revenge or punishment. The act of forgiveness allows us to move forward in a positive, higher spiritual state of mind, allowing us to live a life full of peace, joy and harmony. Holding onto negative emotions is like poison in the body and harms us, not the person who’s wronged us. When we choose to let go of negative emotions it allows us to move forward in a positive direction, which allows us to take … Continue reading

Uplifting and relaxing, it is good for building confidence and enhancing your mood. It has a long history of use for oily and troubled skin. The essential oil has a calming aroma which relaxes the mind and body.

Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) Essential Oil has a wonderfully uplifting, calming, flowery scent. It is excellent for the skin, and its aromatic influence helps release negative memories. Lemon (Citrus limon) Essential Oil has a strong, purifying, citrus scent that is revitalizing and uplifting. Lemon consists of 68 percent dlimonene, a powerful antioxidant. TE/L is expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent per liter.

Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) Essential Oil , from the Cilantro plant (Coriandrum sativum) used since Ancient Egypt has a sweet, warm, herbaceous fragrance that has soothing and calming properties. Tangerine (Citrus reticulata) Essential Oil is a calming essential oil with a sweet, tangy aroma, similar to orange. It helps with occasional nervous irritability. An excellent oil to help uplift the spirit and bring about a sense of security, tangerine is also rich in the powerful antioxidant d-limonene. Tangerine may also be used to enhance the flavor of food.

Jasmine (Jasminum officinale) Absolute has a warm, exotic, floral fragrance that relaxes, soothes, uplifts, and enhances self-confidence. Jasmine is beneficial for the skin. It has been used throughout history for romance and attraction and for balancing the feminine energy of the body.

Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) Essential Oil has a warm, sweet, herbaceous scent that is relaxing and calming for both mind and body. Its gentleness makes it especially valuable for restless children. Soothing to all types of skin, it is used extensively in Europe in skin preparations. Roman chamomile is also beneficial when added to massage oil for relief of muscle discomfort after exercise. A calming oil that resonates well with children, adults and animals. Roman chamomile was one of the Saxons’ nine sacred herbs. Roman Chamomile has an approximate ORAC of 2,446 (TE/L). TE/L is expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent per liter.
