Tradition dictates that the winner of the decathlon holds the title of World’s Greatest Athlete.

Roman retired from being a decathlete in July 2013 and launched his career in a new sport: golf. He initially took up golf as a hobby in 2002, but he soon found out that he was pretty great at the sport, with a handicap of 3. With the hard work and dedication that is part of his character as a professional athlete, he reached the level of professional in golf on January 1, 2015.
