Geranium, Lemon & Pine… One POWERFUL trio!

Geranium, Lemon & Pine… these 3 essential oils combined make one POWERFUL TRIO!

I’ve been doing some research and found a PubMed research article that mentioned citronellol, geraniol, and neryl acetate were the major compounds of geranium oil, and that limonene was a major compound of lemon oil. Because these compounds are so beneficial, I decided to make up roller bottle and a nasal inhaler. Over the years I’ve had many, many positive experiences with essential oils but love when I find evidence based research to find out how and why they work.

Since I never throw out my empty essential oil bottles it was super easy and quick to make up this roller bottle and a nasal inhaler but you can use an empty, store-bought roller bottle. Just make sure it has a stainless steel roller ball. I’ve found that the plastic ones are cheap and don’t work out well at all.

DIRECTIONS

ROLLER BOTTLE (15ml)– 40 drops Geranium, 20 drops Lemon and 20 drops Pine essential oils – topped off with black cumin seed carrier (preferred) or carrier oil of choice. Then simply rolling up spine and/or feet.

NASAL INHALER– 15 drops Geranium, 10 drops Lemon, 10 drops Pine essential oils

Be sure to label both and you’re good to go!

The nasal inhaler will be going in my purse but I haven’t decided if I want to keep the roller bottle on my nightstand, bathroom counter or also in my purse.

Thinking I may end up making an extra roller bottle so I have one to put in my purse, to have it handy just in case I forgot to apply before going out.
