Ever wonder why Young Living has a Vitality line and regular line of essential oils? Does the Vitality line use a different formula than their regular, topical/aromatic oils? You’re not alone. Many people ask the same question…
“Why does Young Living have a two different types of labels for some of their essential oils? What’s the difference?”
No worries… you can put your mind at rest! The Vitality lines of essential oils include the same genuine premium-grade essential oils as their topical/aromatic counterparts. They are simply labeled for dietary use.
The labels align with with regulatory authorities that state a product cannot be labeled for use as a Dietary supplement AND for Topical or Aromatic use. In compliance with these regulations, our essential oils display labels that will distinguish the products intended as a Dietary supplement from those intended to be used for Topical application or Aromatic use. It does not reflect any changes to the constituents or benefits of our essential oils. Simply put, Young Living labels them differently to comply with regulations!
3 DIFFERENT METHODS OF APPLICATION
Each single essential oil and essential oil blend sold by Young Living is categorized into three areas: topical application, aromatic (inhalation), and dietary supplement (internal consumption). The categorization of each oil is based upon well-documented, scientific information, as well as literature from respected experts in essential oils.
