12 Days of Christmsas DIY Recycle & Reuse Your Empty YLEO Bottles

I’ve been using Young Living’s essential oils for years and have accummulated a lot of empty bottles, so day 7 of the 12 Days of Christmas series is going to focus on showing you how to recyle and reuse your empty YLEO bottles which will give you some more ways of gifting to friends and family too. 1- First you want to begin by removing the labels from all your bottles. Look for the PEEL HERE marking on the label and carefully remove label from bottle. 2- Then remove plastic orifice and plastic ring from bottle neck. 3- Place bottles, and plastic parts in a bowl or pan of hot soapy water. 4- Let soak for 1/2 an hour or more, or overnight if desired. 5- Remove bottles, caps and orifices and discard water. 6- Remove any remaining labels from bottles. Making DIY Water Crystal Gel Diffusers is the focus of day 6 of our 12 Days of Christmas DIY Recipes. Another oh so easy recipe and a great gift idea that you can make look very elegant, or sweet and simple… it’s totally up to you and once again can be very inexpensive to do! Today’s project focuses on showing you how to make beautiful, luxurious body lotion bars. I’ve tried making homemade lotions before but have to say, I prefer body lotion bars over lotions. I’m hooked on them! Unlike lotions, lotion bars don’t require the addition of any emulsifying ingredients like homemade lotions do, which can be tricky. Lotion bars are solid at room temp, but when rubbed on your skin the heat from your body melts it leaving a thin layer of moisturizing ingredients clinging to your skin.
