USING REFERENCE MATERIAL
One key to getting started successfully with essential oils is having a good reference book. It’s a wise investment and a good one will help guide you on their use and help make your journey successful. Become your own wellness advocate and do your own research. Find resources, books and guides that resonate best with you and that support all three methods of aromatherapy practice… aromatic, topical and dietary uses. There are some great reference guides and books on essential oils available at Life Science Publishing, www.kindle.com, tinyurl.com/amazonaromabooks, Aromaweb.com/books among other sources.
HOWEVER, one must be careful when looking for information, or using reference material on essential oils. Why you may ask? Because there are 3 DIFFERENT ESSENTIAL OIL MODELS– English, French, German on the proper way to use essential oils and depending on what method or school of thought their approach comes from you’ll get 3 different answers. Because Young Living oils are pure, genuine and not adulterated we practice all three methods. It’s important to educate yourself on this topic. It will make a HUGE difference in the way that you approach and use Young Living’s essential oils.
