SEASONS OF LIFE Finding a New Normal

SEASONS OF LIFE Finding a New Normal Life can get nuts sometimes and throw some pretty crazy curveballs can’t it? We all go through seasons of life where we may need to find a new normal. I know from personal experience as we’ve had several thrown at us, which started back in December of last year (2022). It was one thing after another for a few months and really knocked the wind out of my sails in my Young Living business for sure, as my time and attention was diverted away from YL to more pressing personal matters. That’s one of the things I love about Young Living… I can step back for awhile, as needed, and return when able. I’m happy to finally be getting back to work. But have to admit that, although I feel we’re almost over the “hump”, I need to make adjustments while I work … Continue reading

Fortunately, … Continue reading

I Chose the Path Less Followed

Sometimes life throws us a curve ball… something that we weren’t expecting. We rejoice when its something good or exciting and never complain when that happens, right? However… sometimes good things come to us disguised as something bad, or something to be avoided and can take us down a path that we would not have chosen willingly, and many times they can leave us wondering “Why is this happening?” Because of my life experiences, I can now look back on many of these times in my life and give thanks for them because of the positive changes they produced. There certainly is something to be said for hindsight… its just hard to keep all that in mind while in the midst of a storm. 4 Tips When Stuck on STUPID!

Oftentimes we let difficult situations or people get the best of us and then get stuck on stupid. You’re probably asking yourself… what in the world does she mean by that? Well, too often we rehearse in our mind the negativity that we’ve experienced, and replay it over and over again in our mind. It’s like listening to a broken record. For those of you of the younger generation and unfamiliar with this ‘broken record’ term, it refers to a scratch in a vinyl record that would cause the needle [or stylus] to stay in the same groove- annoyingly causing it to repeat itself, over and over again, until one bumped it a little to get it unstuck. We’re all guilty of getting stuck on stupid at one time or another but fortunately, there are a few ways that we can make a conscious decision to “bump” ourselves that can … Continue reading
