Quick and easy to make, they’re very inexpensive and versatile too. They’ll leave your skin feeling refreshed, moisturized and oh so soft! Depending on your skin type choose essential oils and/or carrier oils that best suit your needs with this simple DIY recipe. Keep your skin looking its best this winter and consider making up a couple of these for friends and family this holiday season. They make great last minute gifts!

Pamper Me Scrub

Use this for hand scrubs, facial scrubs or body scrubs… just adjust the quantity accordingly. If you find it too coarse for the face eliminate the brown sugar and replace it with more white sugar.

Ingredients
This recipes make appx. 2 1/4 cup of scrub.

pamper me ingredients
In a glass bowl combine:

    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. V-6 Oil
1 tsp Argan Oil (optional but oh so worth it)
    2/3 C olive oil
20 drops (total) your choice of essential oils. I used Lavender, Frankincense and Myrrh essential oils in this picture but feel free to choose your own favorite oils(s)

Knead to mix ingredients. Place in decorative glass jar with a tight fitting lid.

To use for hands, wet hands first then add about 1 tsp and work all over hands as if washing. Rinse when done and dry.

For face, wet face then apply 1 tsp to hands and apply to face gently rubbing and exfoliating skin. Rinse face and dry.

For body it’s best to do in shower or tub as it gets a little messy. Again, wet body first and apply to body by sections, gently applying and rubbing arms, legs, chest, stomach, hips, etc. and exfoliating skin. Rinse body and dry.

Feel free to add a little extra white cane sugar while rubbing mixture on skin, as needed. I keep some extra cane sugar in a sealed bottle in the shower to quickly give extra exfoliating action when needed.
